Stephen did a fantastico job at my home. I have a Yorkie who can't always hold it when the kids - who REALLY wanted a dog.....ha.....don't let her out. Not only is he nice, friendly, professional, local, owner operated.....my carpets look amazing! Side note - I am VERY picky!!! 🙂 I highly recommend. I wish there was an option for 10 stars, because that is what I would rate the quality of service that I just received. I was recommended to Stephen's Phenomenal Carpet Care from a Mom's group on Facebook, and emailed right away. Before he even arrived at my home, I was impressed with Stephen's professionalism, thorough and prompt responses over e-mail, and quick availability. He arrived on time, explained everything very clearly about his process and methodology that has been fine tuned over years and years of experience, and throughout the cleaning at my prompting he even gave me recommendations on products I could change to help the longevity and cleanliness of my carpets (none of which he sold, by the way - just sheer kindness and industry expert advice). I could immediately tell that Stephen took pride in the quality of service he provided, and that was extremely evident in the way my carpets turned out. I've had my carpet cleaned before by other local companies, and I have never been this satisfied at the outcome. Steve came and cleaned our carpets while we were away on a trip. I showed my husband the report that he texted us, and his first response was wow! Second was I hope we didn't have to pay extra for that report, we of course didn't. Amazing customer service. When we got home, and saw the carpets, the amount of changes in appearance was equivalent to putting new paint on the walls. Made the rooms look completely different!

Stephen cleaned our area rugs after our baby arrived home from the NICU about two months ago. We had wanted to make sure that everything was clean and ready for our immunocompromised micropreemie baby.
Therefore, we cannot thank Stephen and his wife enough for their wonderful service during one of the most difficult times in our life. They provided us a service that helped to ease our worried minds about germs and bacteria on our floor (especially with two dogs) and also made our rugs look amazing in the process. Stephen is also extremely knowledgeable about how to treat different stains on the carpet and different types of fabrics. Our Yorkie had several accidents on our entry way wool rug and Stephen was able to remove the stains for us.

I recently moved into a condo and the carpets were in poor shape, lots of stains, and honestly I had little hope that any of them would come out.
